There’s Nothing Cuter Than a Dog Who Knows How to Apologize

Weather or not dogs are ever actually sorry for being naughty, they sure understand the art of groveling. As any dog owner knows, it’s impossible to stay mad at your dog when they start begging for forgiveness.

While the entire interaction between Anthony Granai and his dog Ettore is in Italian, it’s clear the precious dog was dying knowing his owner was mad at him.

“Are you asking me to forgive you? I don’t understand. I really don’t understand. What do you want? What?”

“What do you want? No, it doesn’t work like that. It really doesn’t work like that.”

When Ettore’s begging for forgiveness was not successful, he decided to step up the groveling, and move on from head nudges to a full on bear hug.

“Ok. We make peace. We make peace. Peace, all right? We made peace.”
