For the vast majority of parents, parenthood is exhausting, messy work that never ends, which is why it cam be so frustrating to see social media stars take on parenthood, and make it look like a walk in the park full of giggles, perfect bodies, and well-behaved children.
Instagram fitness model Chontel Duncan is one of those aforementioned ‘perfect’ moms who always makes time parenthood look like a breeze as she raises her four-month-old son Jeremiah while staying picture perfect, runs a business, and always making time for the gym.
In the past, Duncan was criticized by other parents after a photo of her standing with her friend comparing baby bumps, hers still with a six-pack, went viral.
Since giving birth, Duncan often posts pictures of herself training next to baby Jeremiah, but recently she decided to show parents everywhere that even she experiences the less than glamorous side of parenting.
In the Instagram post, which has since gone viral with over 19.5 thousand likes, Duncan shared a picture that any mom can relate to. While posing for a picture with her bare-bottomed son, baby Jeremiah let loose a goopy green poo on mom’s arm.
“The joys of parenthood,” the 27-year-old joked in the caption.“Hope this put a smile on all of your faces. HAPPY FRIDAY from Jeremiah.”
