As kids, everyone’s parents always warned them to keep the doors locked when you’re not home AND when you are to make sure no one gets inside that isn’t supposed to.
However, one teenager and his friends learned that hard way that thieves and robbers aren’t the only things that need to be kept out when they carelessly left the doors unlocked while at home in Mammoth Lakes, California one night.
At first, Rodney Ginn thought his friend was playing a trick on him when he heard an odd noise coming from downstairs. But as he looked over the railing down to the first floor, he saw that a massive black bear had broken into the house with her two babies.
Rather than run, Ginn’s first instinct was to take his phone out and start filming, but finally realized how dangerous the situation was when the angry bear, who easily twisted the doorknob open, charged up the stairs.
